LIFT Mobility Pte. Ltd. ("LIFT Mobility", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

3. How We Collect Personal Data

We may collect personal data directly from you when you submit forms, contact us, apply to work with us, request services, or otherwise communicate with us.

We may also collect personal data from organisations, caregivers, family members, service partners, or authorised representatives who provide information for booking, coordination, recruitment, or operational purposes.

We may receive personal data from service providers, business partners, and public sources where permitted by law.

We may also generate operational records in the course of providing services or responding to enquiries.

Our website uses a privacy-focused analytics service, PostHog (hosted in the European Union), to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This collects limited technical information such as the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type, and stores an identifier in your browser's local storage. We do not use it for session recording, and we do not use it for cross-site or advertising tracking. Analytics is enabled by default; you may opt out at any time using the notice shown on the site. Aside from this, we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for personal data collection.

4. Purposes of Collection, Use, and Disclosure

We may collect, use, and disclose personal data for purposes including responding to enquiries, evaluating partnership, vendor, and business opportunities, processing job or driver applications, planning, coordinating, delivering, and supporting transport or related services, communicating about bookings, scheduling, operations, payments, service updates, support, or incidents, customer, partner, and vendor management, billing, finance, record-keeping, audit, insurance, legal, and compliance purposes, improving our services, workflows, website, and operations, protecting our rights, safety, systems, and business interests, and any other purpose notified at the time of collection or otherwise permitted by law.

Where required, we will obtain consent for optional purposes.

Where permitted by law and where applicable consent has been obtained, LIFT Mobility may contact you about our services, updates, events, or related offerings.

We may disclose personal data to our employees, personnel, and authorised representatives, transport fulfilment partners, drivers, fleet partners, subcontractors, or service providers, IT, hosting, communications, software, and administrative vendors, payment processors, insurers, auditors, lawyers, accountants, and professional advisers, business counterparties and authorised customer representatives, and regulators, authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies where required or permitted by law.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for legal, regulatory, contractual, audit, insurance, dispute, safety, or legitimate business purposes.

When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, anonymise, or otherwise cease retention of the data in accordance with applicable law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
